What we collect
When you submit a store we collect the store URL, the details you provide (name, description, category, links), and your contact email. We also collect publicly available information about stores from their websites. We do not collect customer data from the stores themselves.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe processes them directly. We retain a record that a payment was made and the associated listing.
How we use your information
We use your email to confirm submissions, follow up on your listing, and send service-related messages. We use store information to build and display directory listings. We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
Shoppers.gg relies on Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), and email/embed providers to operate. Listings may embed content from YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, which are subject to those platforms’ own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can request removal of your listing or contact details at any time by emailing us. We will action reasonable requests promptly.
